Respect towards each other is a given.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If something is missing or not right in your room (e.g. hook, lamp, small things) \u2192 just tell me. I\u2019ll fix it during your stay or at least for the next guest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>My goal: accommodation where <strong>workers, tradesmen and travellers<\/strong> feel comfortable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2>Cleaning<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Weekly room cleaning is included in the price.<\/li><li>Please do not leave valuables lying around.<\/li><li>If luggage or items are in the way, cleaning will be done around them.<\/li><li>Please keep windows clear so that sills can also be cleaned.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2>Kitchen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Leave the kitchen clean (sink, fridge, stove).<\/li><li>Don\u2019t want to wash dishes? No problem \u2013 we\u2019ll do it for \u20ac20.<\/li><li>Please air the rooms regularly.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2>Waste Disposal<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Please separate your waste properly.<\/li><li><strong>Yellow bag:<\/strong> plastic, tins, drink cartons (tetrapaks).<\/li><li><strong>Do not put in:<\/strong> food waste, paper, cardboard, glass.<\/li><li>Residual waste goes into the bin in your room \u2013 please empty it regularly outside.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2>Smoking<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Smoking is only allowed outside or in the bar.<\/li><li>Rooms &amp; hallways are <strong>non-smoking areas<\/strong>.<\/li><li>Violation = room charged as \u201csmoking room\u201d (double room rate).<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2>Bathroom<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Open the window after showering.<\/li><li>Do not dispose of food or rubbish in the toilet.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2>Quiet Hours<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Monday\u2013Thursday: 23:00 to 06:00.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2>Care &amp; Safety<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Close windows &amp; doors when leaving, switch off lights and stove.<\/li><li>We do not accept liability for valuables.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2>Keys &amp; Access<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Your room key will be in the door at arrival. Access code by e-mail or directly from me.<\/li><li>Lost room key \u2192 lock system must be replaced at guest\u2019s expense.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2>Parking<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>8 parking spaces directly at the house \u2013 please park efficiently.<\/li><li>Do not block neighbours\u2019 property.<\/li><li>Keep emergency exits clear.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2>Bar (ground floor)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Monday &amp; Wednesday: 17:00\u201321:00<\/li><li>Friday: 20:00 until late<\/li><li>Friendly, low-priced, uncomplicated.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2>Check-out<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Rooms must be vacated by 10:00.<\/li><li>Leave broom-clean (no vacuuming or mopping \u2013 we do that).<\/li><li>Wash and put away dishes.
