However, that does not mean that these offer prices also apply directly to a personal booking directly with me

Therefore, I always recommend booking via booking.com or another ad, if I have placed any again (e.g. on www.quoka.de)

• Use of the mini-kitchen: EUR 30 (only necessary if the mini-kitchen is not left clean. If the mini-kitchen is left as clean as you found it, there will be no charge for the mini-kitchen)

these are only single rooms with a mini kitchen, bathroom, TV and WiFi
