Introduction General Terms and Conditions
These general terms and conditions, which are subject to change from time to time, apply to all our services provided directly or indirectly (i.e. through third parties) via the Internet, any type of mobile device, by email or by telephone. By accessing our (mobile) website and using our applications, regardless of the platform (hereinafter referred to as the “Platform”) and/or completing a booking, you confirm that you have read and understood the terms and conditions set out below agree to these (including the data protection regulations).
Bookings via other portals (e.g. Booking.com) sometimes impose different terms and conditions, which the guest must also comply with.
1. For the most part, everything is similar to a handshake
1.1 a booking/reservation is considered binding if it is not canceled.
1.2 By making a booking/reservation you agree to our rules of conduct and the room offer.
1.3 There are no offers of food in the rooms.
1.4 Smoking is prohibited throughout the house. So also in the rooms or in the toilets! Smoking is of course allowed in the small pub on the ground floor. In the event of a violation, the room will be retroactively classified as a smoking room, which will retroactively double the price per night! The access codes will be deleted and access will only be granted again once the missing amount for the room has been transferred, paid in cash or paid by debit/check card. In addition, compensation for the renovation of the room is due, which must also be paid in advance. The costs for the renovation and failure amount to around 300 euros net.
1.5 Use of rooms
Each room is a single room. Visitors must be registered and, if necessary, paid.
1.5.1 Check-in is always from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival
1.5.2 Check-out is always by 10 a.m. on the day of departure
If you can’t or don’t want to check out until after 10 a.m., you have to reserve/book another day for the respective room.
1.6 Visitors must be registered. Visitor price 2.50 euros per day. If a visitor stays in the same room, 20 euros per night. In the event of a violation, I will interrupt the reservation/booking from that day onwards and retroactively charge an additional 20 euros per day to the agreed room price.

  1. Behavior / Check-Out / Prices / Invoice (payment is always made in advance)
    2.1 If possible, leave your address or the address of your company including your email address so that the invoice can be sent as a PDF by email.
    2.2 The prices stated when booking online include the current VAT.
    2.2 Regular cleaning
    In order to keep the prices as low as possible for our fitters, the accommodation is only cleaned once a week. Bed linen and towels are not ironed.
    2.5 Rules of conduct / checking out
    Use of the kitchen is NOT included in the price. It must be left clean and the windows must be closed before you check out. However, if you don’t feel like doing the dishes or leaving the mini kitchen clean for the next guest, you or your company will be charged for the use of the mini kitchen.
    2.5.1 You have booked but are not the guest? Then inform your guest about these terms and conditions. Ultimately, you are responsible for your guest’s actions.
    2.5.2 Damage caused by the guest in the room must be reported immediately. Damages discovered after check-out will be billed to the booker up to 14 days after check-out.
    The room and its fixed and mobile inventory and furniture (especially the mini kitchen, cookware, cutlery, glasses, cups, table(s), chair, cupboards) must be left in the room to which they belong, as they are have been found. And not spread out in other rooms – or outside in the yard. Of course, the bed, bedding, bathroom and towels will have been used by you or your guest. Of course they don’t need to be cleaned!
    Of course, wear and tear on the items mentioned in point 2.5.2 will not be charged!
    2.5.3 Windows and doors must be closed when leaving the accommodation. Especially in the attic, small floods can quickly occur if the window is left open when it rains. The rooms below can also be affected.
    2.6 Payment for the room(s)
    2.6.1 for self-payers (i.e. you as a guest also pay for the room): Payment is always made in advance. At the latest when checking in or via the portal you booked through.
    If you reserve several months, you always pay for the next

Example: You check in on the 15th of the month, then the payment for the first month must be made at check-in at the latest. Then always no later than the next 15th for the following month. Otherwise the access code will be deleted.
2.6.2 Your employer/company pays by invoice and an invoice will be issued. Payable depending on requirements as shown on the invoice.
If the room(s) are not paid for, the corresponding access codes to the house will be deleted.
2.6.3 Bookings via Booking or Airbnb
For both portals, payment is made via the portals. Cancellations in particular MUST be handled via these portals (that means you have to call them if cancellation via the internet is no longer possible). You made the booking with booking or airbnb, so the cancellation must be agreed with them too – not with me! I’m far from having your money. I won’t be paid by one of them until later, when you’ve already checked out.

  1. Cancellations possible:
    3.1 In the event of early departure (e.g. due to lack of orders), only the stay until which the guest has used the room will of course be charged. (Ex.: Reservation for a month, after three weeks the guest moves out, then only the days will be charged at the daily rate for the respective room for the 3 weeks used).
    3.2 Cancellations within 24 hours of request, but at least before 24 hours before the arrival date, are free of charge.
    3.3 Cancellations within the last 24 hours before arrival will be charged with at least one day of service at the respective room price, but a maximum of 10% of the service for the corresponding reserved period at the respective room price.
    3.4 Cancellations made after the arrival date will be charged at least 100% reservation / booking fees up to the day of cancellation, plus one additional day, but a maximum of 30% of the service for the corresponding reserved period at the respective room price.
    3.5 Bookings made at short notice (within the last 24 hours before arrival) are NOT free of charge! Here, a service for at least 1 day is charged at the respective room price, but a maximum of 30% of the service for the corresponding reserved period is charged at the respective room price.
    3.6 Cancellations of cheap offers that are advertised as non-cancellable cannot be canceled.

  3. Animals
    5.1 NO animals are allowed in the hotel/rooms.
    5.2 Exception: a dog is allowed in room 001, but then at different prices than usually stated on booking.com (not less than 65 euros / night). The prerequisite, of course, is that the dog is house trained and does not sound the alarm every time a guest enters or leaves the house. Showering/washing the dog in the shower is NOT permitted. Grab a bucket of soap and water and do this outside.
  4. Waste disposal / we stand for waste separation!

    Only empty PET bottles (plastic), empty drinks bags, empty plastic containers, plastic packaging and empty tin cans (food cans) are disposed of here.
    NO cardboard, NO glass bottles or glass in general, NO household waste, NO leftover food!
  5. Parking
    Parking spaces are available to the left of the house and behind the house. Blocking entrances and exits (emergency exits) when parking is prohibited!
    Changes to the previous version
    The terms and conditions have been slimmed down a bit
    Due to the current situation, as we had to ban the company G….. fire protection from the premises, point 1.4 – smoking is prohibited in the entire house – has been completely revised!
